Daniel Liu is a film producer and director currently producing Kevin Smith’s “MooseJaw.” He is also writing his first feature-length film, “Yellow Bird.” Daniel has a film production company called “A Storytelling Ape” and has produced many commercials for the past four years. 

Daniel aims to become more involved in the film industry as an independent film producer in the next five to ten years. He wants to serve as a bridge for international cinema and help distribute well-made films in a smaller foreign market. He believes that effective communication, generosity, and knowledge of different cultures will help him succeed in the business.
